Studies have shown that incorporating at least 15-20 minutes of physical activity a day correlates positively with academic performance and motivational skills. Students are more willing to learn, have a longer attention span and spend more time on their academic activities.

According to a recent study, children who take part in after school activities are three times less likely to use drugs, alcohol or cigarettes! It also reduces the risk for underage sex and teen pregnancy, reduced juvenile crime and lower obesity rates. It allows children to relieve stress, use energy and stay thin! A recent study showed that children who participated in after school activities 49% less likely to have used drugs, and 37% less likely to become a young teen parent!
